On Thursday, April 29, 2010 at approximately 7:30 pm  West Union Police responded to Lions park in response to three complaints of subjects riding an ATV in the park.  Upon arrival police located Darrick J. Brehm,38, of West Union riding the ATV.  A short time later Brehm was arrested for Driving with a revoked license and Operating while intoxicated 2^nd offense.    Brehm was also issued a citation for Operating an ATV in a city park in violation of a West Union city ordinance.   Brehm was taken to the Fayette County Law Enforcement Center where he was held for court.
