West Union Police arrested Kendall J. Kielman, 53, of Clarksville on April 9^th 2010 at 10:46 PM.  Kielman was charged with OWI 1^st offense and cited for having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.  He was taken to the Fayette County Law Enforcement Center where he was held for court.  Karen K. Kielman, 64, of Clarksville was also cited for having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
