On April 21, 2010 shortly after 2:00AM West Union Police received a citizens report of an erratic driver coming into West Union on HWY 150 North.  After stopping the vehicle, police determined the driver of the vehicle, Glenda E. Vagts, 44, of West Union was intoxicated. Vagts was arrested for OWI 2^nd offense and issued a citation for having an improper rear lamp.  She was transported to the Fayette County Law Enforcement Center where she was held for court.
