On Tuesday, February 2nd at approximately 1:35 pm the West Union Police arrested Richard Lee Thibadeau (54) of Clermont on a valid Fayette County warrant for attempted enticement of a minor. Mr. Thibadeau was taken to the Fayette County Law Enforcement Center and held on $2,000.00 bond.
