On Thursday, February 4^th, West Union Police arrested Richard Lee Thibadeau (54) of Clermont on a Fayette County Warrant for a bond amendment for an original charge of attempted enticement of a minor. Mr. Thibadeau  was taken to the Fayette County Jail and held on a $5000 bond.
