On Saturday,  February 20,2010 at 6:20pm West Union Police arrested Robert Farr, 29, of Hawkeye.  Farr was charged with OWI 3^rd offense and cited for failure to yield upon entering through highway.  Farr was taken to the Fayette County jail and held for court.
